Order Cancellation Policy

At Rilour, we begin handling orders after payment or order confirmation is received. Because orders may move quickly into processing, fulfilment, or service preparation, cancellation requests can only be accepted in limited circumstances.

Cancellation Requests

A customer may request to cancel an order only before the order has been accepted for processing. This generally means cancellation may still be possible where:

payment has not yet been successfully received; or

fulfilment, delivery preparation, or service execution has not yet started.

When Orders Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has entered processing, been passed to a fulfilment partner, dispatched, or the customer has started receiving the ordered service, the order can no longer be cancelled.
